About this role
Substitute day to day school nurses need for Smithfield Public Schools for the 2026-2027 school year. RN license OR RI Department of Education certification required. Workday is 6.75 hours, positions are available on an on call, as needed basis depending upon availability in the district.

• Printed & completed Federal W4 form that can be located at https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-4
• Printed & completed RI W-4 form that can be located at https://tax.ri.gov/forms/business-tax-forms/withholding-tax-forms
• Printed Federal I9 form that can be located at https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-9.pdf NOTE: 2 FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION ARE REQUIRED to be submitted with the I9 form. Please see page 2 of the list of acceptable documents on the I9 form to avoid a delay of processing your application!

You may drop off the forms to 49 Farnum Pike Smithfield anytime between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
