Bullitt County Public Schools is requesting a waiver to fill this position before the standard 15-day posting period to ensure we are fully staffed for the upcoming school year. Mt. Washington Elementary School is looking for an energetic person to maintain the cleanliness of our school building. This person will perform routine custodial activities to maintain buildings, and adjacent grounds areas in a clean, orderly, and secure condition. Position Details
• Hours: 5.5 hours per day (plus a 30 minute unpaid lunch)
• Work Year: 182 days
• 170 student instructional days
• 4 holidays
• 7 planning days
• 1 extended day
Contracted days will be adjusted based on start date. This position is considered full-time with benefits. Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
Must provide a copy to HR once recommended for hire Salary Step 0: $14.41 Step 10: $16.40 How Salary Is Calculated Classified positions are hourly, but pay is issued on a year-long contract and divided among remaining paychecks. Four paychecks are issued at the end of June.
