About this role
Mt. Washington Elementary School is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Archery Coach to support our archery program. The assistant coach will work alongside the head coach to:
• Help plan and lead practices
• Teach proper archery techniques and safety procedures
• Support and encourage student-athletes
• Supervise students during practices and competitions
• Assist with equipment setup, care, and organization
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, responsibility, and the Braves Way
Previous archery or coaching experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be committed to maintaining a safe, positive, and supportive environment for all students.
