Main duties of the job

Management of the HR inbox and phoneline which is the first point of contact for general queries Ensuring queries are responded to within efficient timescales and identifying high priority emails which need to be escalated appropriately Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ER and Recruitment systems Prepare and review HR documentation, such as Contracts of Employment, Offer Letters, Absence Review Invites, Maternity confirmation letters Conduct calls with company leavers to support employee retention strategies Issue company feedback surveys, collate data, and prepare results to be shared with senior stakeholders Support formal ER meetings through the provision of clear and accurate notetaking Provide administrative support to the management team Responding to reference request for current and previous employees Provide administrative support to the payroll team Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required

Following significant growth, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department.

Essentials

Strong organisational and time management skills

Foundational knowledge of employment law and ER best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excel and word applications

Capable of generate reports and data when required

Desirable:

CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)

Experience within the Social Care sector is advantageous but not a necessity

- GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths - CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excel and word applications
