HR Lead Are you a passionate HR professional who enjoys leading people, driving HR initiatives, and creating a positive workplace culture? We're looking for an experienced HR Lead to join our team and play a key role in supporting our people and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee day-to-day HR operations by supporting the Head of HR, while providing guidance, mentoring, and motivation to junior HR team members to support their professional growth and development. Collaborate with the other HR Leads to drive recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional employee experience. Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements. Manage employee relations and provide timely HR support to managers and employees. Monitor HR metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
