System Administrator Duties and responsibilities: Provide first-line investigation, Identify IT Issues, troubleshoot and resolve with Strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude. Attending & Respond to assigned IT support tickets on timely manner, resolve & Complete them within IT SLA with user Satisfaction. Maintain and repair servers, workstations, PC's and Laptops for a Smooth IT Operational infrastructure. Constantly monitor the network links and external services and pro-actively coordinate with ISPs and System Vendors if any anomalies found. Collaborate with other IT Administrators and work on improving the current systems and practices Skills and Technical Qualification: Minimum 4 years of progressive hands-on experience in IT systems engineering, infrastructure design, implementation, and advanced support in enterprise or multi-site environments. Expert-level experience in implementing and managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory (including Kerberos, Group Policy, gMSA, SPNs), DNS, and WSUS services. Linux server experience is a strong advantage. Strong hands-on experience with server virtualization (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V), cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS), and hybrid infrastructure architectures. In-depth knowledge of networking, firewall systems, switches, VPNs, and secure network design; experience with proactive monitoring and performance optimization. Proven proficiency in infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell); Ability to maintain and secure diverse IT infrastructure including networks, servers, CCTV, access control systems, VOIP telephony, Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS cloud services, and enterprise backup/disaster recovery solutions. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, patch management, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2). ITIL knowledge or certification is highly desirable. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively leading initiatives and collaborating in a team environment. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related field from a recognized university (or equivalent professional qualification/experience). Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Architect, MCSA/MCSE, AWS Solutions Architect, ITIL, or CompTIA Security+ would be a strong advantage.e.
