About this role

Supplier Leader Soft services – Building Experience & Excellence (BEE) Permanent contract, fulltime, Brussels GJA: Facility Service Expert IV (18) Your role & work environment You will join BEE (Building Experience & Excellence) at ING Belgium — the department responsible for all real estate and facility services. Within the Service Excellence team, as Supplier leader Soft services you own the Service line ‘Soft services’ covering:

• cleaning and gardening • waste mgt • moves • Logistics (archives, mail & print services, postal charges). • Subscriptions • Support for Travel Your key responsibilities

• Owns vendor relationship end-to-end for the Service Line • Sets and tracks SLA, savings and risk targets • Approves operational decisions inside the Service Line • Pairs daily with the Supplier Analyst • Represents the Service Line in supplier QBRs • IS responsible for Analyse ESAT/CSAT and improve • Tracks recurring obligations • Vendor performance actions (warnings, escalations) We look for

As a Supplier Leader for the Soft Services Line, you will also need: • A master’s degree or equal by experience • 5 years’ experience in supplier and/or facility management • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to plan and align stakeholders • MS Office • Dutch, French, English
