Job description
We are looking for a qualified Operation Executive. You will be responsible for supporting various operational functions within the startup environment. This includes assisting with day-to-day tasks. The Operations Executive will work closely with various teams within the startup, gaining exposure to different team and gaining valuable work experience.
What you’ll need to bring to the team
Be responsible and reliable; maintain confidentiality; and exhibit integrity, a high level of attention to detail, and a strong commitment to deliver data quality in a timely and accurately manner.You should be willing to challenge when appropriate and drive activity within the business areas.General operational support includes order fulfilment and delivery, liaising and coordinating with data vendors and clients on order delivery, data entry and updates, operation administrative tasks.Managing and monitor daily operations to ensure delivery deadlines are met while maintaining quality control standards.Supervise and coach team members from time to time to ensure smooth of operation process and achieve target setsReview regularly on operational efficiency and internal process improvementAbility to communicate effectively with different internal stakeholders to resolve issues.Responsible for deploying and applying all company policies, procedures and standards.Produce monthly tracking report and monitor team performance - Work independently and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededEnsure an effective and efficient system of internal control is always in place.
