About this role
We are looking for a Mid Cloud Platform Engineer to support our engineering teams by designing, provisioning, and maintaining cloud infrastructure environments. This role is focused on Cloud Infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), working closely with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to ensure best practices, scalability, and reliability across AWS environments.
🛠️ Your key responsibilities
Create, maintain, and evolve Terraform code following Infrastructure as Code best practicesProvision and manage AWS cloud resources (e.g., EC2, databases, identities, access controls)Work closely with the DevOps Infrastructure team to maintain standards and cloud best practicesSupport software engineering teams with reliable, scalable, and well-structured cloud environmentsReduce infrastructure bottlenecks by acting as a dedicated platform engineer for assigned teamsAutomate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or GoHandle most routine infrastructure tasks independently while collaborating closely with the team 🎯 What we expect from you
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud best practicesStrong experience with Terraform, including creating and maintaining Terraform modulesExperience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud infrastructure conceptsScripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar)Ability to work autonomously on routine tasks in a collaborative team environmentAdvanced English for daily communicationAvailability to travel to São Carlos/SP when needed⭐ Nice to have
