We are now looking for a Group Specialist to join our reservation team. Skills & qualifications needed Experience: 2-4 years of experience in group coordination, event planning, overall hospitality. Communication: Masterful written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for negotiating and building rapport. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, reservation systems,, and Google sheets. Organization: Elite multitasking abilities; you can juggle multiple group timelines without breaking a sweat. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience). Responsibilities End-to-End Coordination: Manage group reservations, itineraries, and logistics from the initial inquiry through to post-group follow-up. Client & Vendor Relations: Act as the main liaison between group leaders, stakeholders, and third-party vendors (hotels, transport etc.). Contract & Inventory Management: Negotiate group rates, manage room blocks/allocations, track attrition dates, and ensure contract terms are met. Financial Oversight: Process group payments, manage invoicing, track budgets, and ensure accurate final billing. Problem Resolution: Anticipate potential logistical bottlenecks and provide swift, creative solutions to real-time issues or schedule changes.
