Are you motivated by protecting critical infrastructure that spans enterprise and industrial systems in an international green tech company? Here is what the job entails As our Senior Cyber Security Specialist, you will drive the development and optimization of our SOC capabilities across IT, OT, and cloud environments. Working at the forefront of cyber defence, you will strengthen robust detection, response, and intelligence practices with a focus on efficiency and quality. More specifically you will be: Supporting and enhancing the SOC team with scalable and repeatable processes Operationalizing workflows from monitoring and detection to incident response, threat hunting, and reporting Integrating and optimizing Microsoft Defender tools while unifying telemetry across EDR, NDR, SIEM, and ServiceNow Maintaining and operationalizing a threat intelligence program focused on critical infrastructure threats Collaborating with engineering to onboard logs and improving data quality for high fidelity detections In this role, you can influence how cyber security operations are shaped across both enterprise and industrial environments, while working closely with skilled colleagues and stakeholders. Working alongside experienced colleagues and stakeholders, you will continuously expand your expertise through certifications, cross-domain collaboration, and tailored development opportunities. Meet your future team With a direct reference to our Chief Information Security Officer, you will become a part of Enterprise Cyber Security team consisting of 10 specialists who work together to protect the organization’s digital and physical assets across IT, OT, and cloud by detecting and responding to threats in real time. Less about us, more about you We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Specialist who is motivated by strengthening cyber defence capabilities by applying your up-to-date knowledge of cyber security and threats targeting critical infrastructure. You achieve work-related goals by taking ownership of technical execution while combining deep technical insight with a structured and communicative approach. In order to succeed, we imagine that you: Hold a master’s degree in cyber security, computer science, or a related field Bring strong expertise in Microsoft Defender tools, Microsoft Sentinel or a similar SIEM, with hands on experience in SOAR, EDR, NDR, and SIEM including detection engineering and cyber threat assessments Have 10+ years of experience protecting IT, OT, and multi cloud environments with knowledge and or certifications such as CIS18, IEC62443, CISSP, or CISM Have experience with ServiceNow or similar system for case management and automation Have strong communication skills enabling executive reporting and cross functional collaboration As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English.
