Here is what the job entails As Senior Manager for Global Operations, you will lead the transformation of Global Operations and drive operational excellence, reliability, and resilience across Kamstrup’s digital platforms and services. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will establish a proactive and data-driven operating model while building a high-performing team and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. More specifically, you will be: Owning and developing Major Incident and Problem Management to ensure rapid resolution and prevent recurring issues Leading and developing a high-performing global operations team of five professionals Improving KPIs, SLAs, availability, and customer experience across Kamstrup solutions Driving automation, operational consistency, and cross-functional collaboration Governing planned service windows for customer solutions, ensuring efficient execution, proactive communication, and minimal disruption This is a role where your leadership will make a visible difference. You will help shape a global operations setup that supports critical digital services, strengthens customer trust, and gives your team the direction and structure needed to succeed. Meet your future team Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Platforms & Applications, you will be responsible for the Global Operations team of five colleagues. As part of a department of 45+ specialists across five countries, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of Kamstrup’s digital solutions. Together, we deliver secure and reliable digital services across the entire customer journey—from customer-facing platforms and hosting services to observability and global operations. Did you know? With a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of modern technology landscapes, you know how to turn data and insights into action. In order to succeed, we imagine that you: Have leadership experience within global operations, IT operations, or service management Bring expertise in Major Incident Management, Problem Management, and ITIL-based practices Understand complex IT environments and cloud-based architectures Navigate global stakeholder landscapes with confidence and professionalism Build credibility through collaboration and inspire those around you by bringing people together to achieve common goals.
