Skills & qualifications needed Trained chef with 8+ years of experience working in an hotel and/or high end a la carte kitchen Qualifications for working as a souschef Leading and Developing Team Menu Execution (Developing, Cost control ) Fluent in english, speaking and writing Responsible and positive personality Teamplayer with respect for products and colleagues You identify with the following You thrive in a high pressure and dynamic environment ensuring a consistently high level of productivity and operational standards paying particular attention to details.
