Main duties of the job As a Home Care Assistant in New Milton, join us to make a real difference while building a rewarding career in care. Helping others live with dignity and joy, especially in their own home, is a special experience. Whether its sharing a cup of tea and a good chat, aiding daily routines, or offering a friendly face, the role is about providing connection, not just care. Additionally, there's a refer-a-friend scheme where you can earn up to £1000*, and we offer up to £13.40 an hour, with mileage paid at 32p per mile, along with a Blue Light care discount package and a company pension scheme. On-demand pay is another benefit. As a Home Carer, support involves assisting with daily routines, household tasks, personal care, meal preparation, providing companionship, and medication help.
