Work with us requires a minimum of 12 months of your right to work in the UK and at least two years of experience in a social care environment, qualified to at least QCF level 2. This role involves working 36 hours per week on a two-week rolling rota, including alternate weekends. As a Care Team Leader, you will provide companionship, support with personal care, and ensure residents can live as independently as possible. You will also collaborate in planning and participating in social activities, oversee medication administration, and ensure accurate documentation management. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and supporting care and senior care assistants, while also holding responsibilities for the home in the absence of the Deputy and Registered Manager.

Companionship - Provide support, communication and engagement with our residents. Personal care - Support with a wash, bath or shower, dressing and oral care. Collaboration - You will offer support and access to, as well as working collaboratively with other health & social care professionals.
