SUMMARY:
The Concierge Medicine Care Navigator (MA) serves as a central point of contact for patients in a high-touch care model. This role blends clinical support with elevated customer service while supporting physicians and the care team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Patient Concierge & Experience Serve as key concierge contact for assigned patients Build trusted long-term relationships Proactively communicate regarding care plans and follow-ups Coordinate referrals, imaging, labs, and specialists Deliver a discreet, white-glove experience
Clinical & Medical Assistant Duties Pre-visit planning and post-visit follow-up Room patients and prepare exam rooms Obtain and document vitals and medical histories Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, immunizations, and POCT Assist providers during exams and procedures Manage clinical supplies
Scheduling & Care Coordination Manage appointment scheduling with urgency Coordinate same-day and extended visits Close care gaps (screenings, labs, vaccinations) Track orders, referrals, and test results
Administrative & Documentation Support Document patient interactions in EHR Manage medical records and referrals Support onboarding of concierge members Maintain HIPAA compliance
Collaboration & Practice Operations Collaborate with physicians and leadership Improve workflows and patient satisfaction Support quality initiatives
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
CMA/RMA certification or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years clinical healthcare experience
Phlebotomy and EKG experience preferred
Concierge or primary care experience preferred
EHR and patient portal familiarity preferred
Strong communication and customer service
Excellent organization and attention to detail
