As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.</p> <h2 style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Your Key Responsibilities </span></h2> <ul> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Create Test specifications/tools for customer project: Functional test specification, programming, and reprogramming specification.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Define the test strategy/concept, test specifications and implement them for hardware circuits.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Specifies and validates TSW (embedded test software), VAL (embedded validation software), Coredo sessions, security keys.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Experience with reviewing hardware designs to define test coverage to ensure products are built free of manufacturing defects. Deep understanding of DFT and DFM methods.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Assesses product requirements (segment, platform, customer) and creates verification & validation plans appropriate for the hardware.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Interface with manufacturing test teams, Software, and hardware development teams to obtain requirements.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Ability to work in a structured rapid paced team environment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Follow and apply worldwide quality manual and procedures.</li> </ul> <h2 style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Your Qualifications</h2> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal" type="1"> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;font-style:normal">Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication or Electrical & Electronics Engineering</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">1 to 3 years of Experience in Hardware Test Design/Electrical Engineering field.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Good knowledge of Electronic product HW development life cycle</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Strong knowledge of Analog, Digital and Power Supply circuits</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Hands on experience with laboratory equipment: Oscilloscopes, Signal generators, Power Supply, Soldering Station etc.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Very good knowledge of manufacturing processes and test equipment like AOI, Functional Test equipment, End of Line Programming etc.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Understanding of C, MATLAB/Simulink, LabView</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Experience working with Electronic design schematics</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Experience with configuration/requirements management tools</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, OBD)</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Familiarity with calibration tools (CANalyzer, ETAS Inca, ATI Vision)</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px;vertical-align:middle">Experience in Automotive Electronics HW Test design preferred</li> </ul> <p style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt"> </p><p>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
