Position Summary Seeking a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer to manage land development projects and lead small internal teams with minimal oversight. This role is ideal for a strong operator who can independently run projects from concept through construction. The firm maintains a diversified project portfolio spanning retail, theme park development, space-related projects, mixed-use, multifamily, single-family, industrial, and emerging healthcare initiatives. With active growth in multiple sectors, this role offers exposure to a steady and varied pipeline of work. Responsibilities • Manage multiple site civil land development projects across retail, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and healthcare sectors • Lead internal design teams • Coordinate directly with clients and agencies • Oversee permitting, design, and construction administration • Prepare and review grading, drainage, and utility plans What This Is A high-level, hands-on PM role with autonomy, strong project diversity, and stable backlog — but not full practice ownership.
