About this role
We are seeking a licensed Florida Professional Engineer to lead electrical design projects and oversee the electrical engineering department. This role combines technical leadership, project management, client relationship management, and business development for commercial, industrial, and institutional building projects. Responsibilities Lead the electrical department in delivering high-quality engineering designs while meeting budget and profitability goals. Manage and oversee the design of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems. Lead multidisciplinary project teams and serve as the primary client contact. Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and client meetings. Review project designs for quality, code compliance, and technical accuracy. Develop project proposals, budgets, and manage project costs. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Mentor and support engineering staff.
