We are currently seeking a Civil Engineering Designer/Senior CAD Technician for our office, located in Maitland, FL to assist with our continued project workload. This role provides an opportunity to work in a medium-sized office with ties to the resources and benefits of a much larger firm. What does this mean for you? The opportunity to work on unique projects as team leads and with other development disciplines to form a development team for larger mixed-use project. Responsibilities: • Duties include design and drafting for the preparation of site civil engineering drawings for subdivision, industrial, and commercial projects • Design and analyze engineering systems related to land development and utilities • Development and delivery of calculations for site grading, stormwater management system design, establishment of water and wastewater utilities and roadway requirements for translation into construction drawing plans • Maintain client communications and build client relations • Gain experience relevant to obtaining a Professional Engineer license (if applicable)
