Your mission IONITY is looking for a talented and driven <strong>Rollout Manage</strong>r<strong> (f/m/x) - France & Belgium</strong> to join our <strong>Network Development department</strong>. <br> <br>IONITY is a leading company in the field of electromobility, operating one of the largest and most powerful charging networks for electric vehicles in Europe. The job can be based in Paris or remotely in France.<br><ul><li>Responsible for the roll-out of IONITY High Power Charging stations in France ensuring the respect of timing, quality, and budget.</li><li>Scout, design and define the layout of the future IONITY charging stations.</li><li>Review and follow the permit application towards authorities as well as the HV grid connection with the grid operator.</li><li>Manage suppliers and sub-contractors for the planning and construction of the charging stations.</li><li>Responsible for meeting all relevant health, safety, environmental & associated legal requirements for installation projects and ensuring contractors compliance. </li><li>Ensure high level of quality of the station including continuous improvement of our technical standards.</li><li>Provide a comprehensive reporting to Management Team about status of roll-out, costs and operational performance.</li><li>Provide relevant technical reporting to internal stakeholders (e.g. Procurement & Hardware team) in order to improve the technical solution and the business model.</li><li>The Rollout Manager will be the main contact towards site partner & highway operators regarding the construction of IONITY stations. </li><li>Ensure existing sites extension and improvements. </li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Qualified electrical engineer or civil work engineer with experience.</li></ul><u>Required Skills: </u><br><ul><li>Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proven track record of managing infrastructure / building projects on time and on budget, plus ability to develop, refine and manage comprehensive site diligence</li><li>Experience working with private and public property owners and process management of obtaining all necessary approvals like grid operators and permitting authorities</li><li>Target oriented work style, pragmatic problem-solving skills and high ability to communicate and negotiate successfully</li><li>Drivers license</li><li>Multi language skills : French and English are mandatory, any additional languages is welcome </li></ul><u>Desired Skills: </u><br><ul><li>Experience in roll-out of e-mobility charging infrastructure in specific country / market region</li><li>Experience in roll-out of solar panels infrastructures in specific country / market region</li><li>Experience in preparing and submitting tender application on public and private domain.</li><li>Experience in installing infrastructures on motorway network and/or working with retail operations of oil & gas companies</li></ul><u>Work organization :</u><br><ul><li>Travel up to 50% - Domestic and International</li><li>Benefit from a home-office based contract while having the possibility to join our offices in Paris & Munich</li></ul>
