Processes </strong><ul><li><span><span>Analyse</span><span>end-to-end processes across business functions and</span><span>identify</span><span>bottlenecks, manual work, control</span><span>gaps</span><span>and improvement potential.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Challenge existing ways of working and</span><span>develop</span><span>pragmatic future-state processes with a focus on simplicity,</span><span>scalability</span><span>and measurable outcomes.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Facilitate workshops to understand current ways of working and</span><span>identify</span><span>improvement opportunities.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Create and</span><span>maintain</span><span>process documentation using BPMN standards.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Develop practical and scalable solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.</span></span></li></ul><p><strong>Build and implement automation and digital solutions </strong></p><ul><li><span><span>Design and build proof-of-concepts and prototypes using workflow automation, low-code,</span><span>AI</span><span>and other digital technologies.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Translate business problems into practical solution concepts and rapidly</span><span>validate</span><span>them with users.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Configure simple workflows, automations, digital</span><span>assistants</span><span>or reporting solutions independently where</span><span>appropriate</span><span>.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Work with IT, data teams,</span><span>vendors</span><span>and implementation partners when solutions require enterprise architecture, integrations, security</span><span>review</span><span>or production support.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Evaluate new tools and technologies based on business value, usability, scalability,</span><span>risk</span><span>and implementation effort.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Turn successful prototypes into sustainable solutions with clear profile <ul><li><span><span>3-5</span><span>years of professional</span></span><span><span>experience in Process</span><span>Management</span></span><span><span>, </span></span><span><span>Digital</span><span>Transformation</span></span><span><span>, Operations Excellence, Business Analysis,</span><span>automation</span><span>or project</span><span>management</span><span>.</span></span><span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Proven experience implementing process improvements or digital solutions—not only</span><span>analysing</span><span>or documenting them.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Practical experience with at least one workflow automation, low-code, RPA or AI platform, such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SAP Build, UiPath, n8n, Make or a comparable solution.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience creating proof-of-concepts,</span><span>prototypes</span><span>or minimum</span><span>viable</span><span>solutions to</span><span>validate</span><span>ideas quickly.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation and to communicate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Demonstrated ability to independently manage small to medium-sized projects and deliver tangible results with limited supervision.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable field</span></span><span><br></span><span><span>Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Structured and analytical problem-solving approach</span></span><span><span>, combined with curiosity and a strong implementation mindset.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to bridge business requirements and implementation activities.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent English language skills, both written and
