About the Role <span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">CODE is looking for a Teacher Assistant for the module (SE_02) and the associated course, Introduction to Algorithms and Data Structures.<br><br><strong>In this position, you will support our students in their learning experience by:</strong></span><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Helping to create a fun, rigorous environment for students to learn.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Answering student questions and supporting them to progress in their learning journey through office hours, Slack, Google Classroom, and during LUs.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Ensuring that essential course feedback reaches faculty.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Running practice sessions for students, and helping with content &amp; challenges they are struggling with.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">(SE_02) Reviewing student hand-ins and giving them feedback throughout the semester.</li></ul><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"><strong>We’re looking for someone with the following skillset:</strong></span><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Desire to help fellow students. (Experience teaching or tutoring is a plus.)</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Some understanding and practical experience with Python.
