The role As Head of Agent Relationships – Asia, you will report directly to the Managing Director and lead our partnerships with education agents across Asia, with a particular focus on the China market — turning potential leads into valued, long-term relationships and hitting your sales targets consistently. You will take charge of this high-potential, underdeveloped area of our business: expanding our network of trusted agents, refining partnership strategy, and owning the full B2B sales cycle from first contact through to closing and account growth. This is a hands-on role with a clear mandate to build and scale our Asia agent network over the next 12–24 months. We are looking for a commercially driven, ambitious individual with strong relationship-building skills and a bias for action. You will represent the business externally, lead partner conversations across time zones and cultures, and ensure we consistently convert opportunities into long-term, high-value relationships.
