The APG Recruitment Hub is seeking a Resourcing Co-ordinator to coordinate and manage the recruitment and rotational onboarding of Resident Doctors across four leading NHS Trusts: London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH), Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
About the Role
As a Resourcing Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient and high-quality recruitment service, supporting the end-to-end recruitment processes for Resident Doctors. Working closely with Medical Staffing teams, Recruiting Managers, NHSE and regional stakeholders, you will ensure doctors are recruited, onboarded and transferred smoothly between organisations in line with NHS Employment Check Standards and GMC requirements.
You will be at the heart of a fast-paced recruitment environment, managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and rotational changeovers while providing excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of Resident Doctors across the APG Trusts. Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales. Liaise with Medical Staffing, Workforce, HR and operational teams to support workforce planning requirements. Maintain recruitment records and workforce systems such as TRAC and ESR, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Provide advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Monitor recruitment pipelines and produce regular reports on progress and performance. About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience working in recruitment, resourcing, HR administration or workforce services. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance. Experience of working with sensitive and confidential information. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Confidence using recruitment and workforce systems and Microsoft Office. An understanding of NHS recruitment processes would be advantageous. What We Offer
