Main duties of the job The job involves making a positive impact every day by providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents without providing direct care. Employees will work at Greville House, ensuring that communal areas are safe, clean, and inviting. The responsibilities include dusting, polishing, vacuuming resident rooms to a high standard, and collaborating with the management team to uphold hygiene standards. Interaction with residents through warm gestures, such as smiles and friendly chats, is encouraged. This position is a bank role, requiring flexibility to work as needed. Opportunities for career development and fully funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5 are available.
