• Lead AI-enabled transformation in Operations charter - Accountable for integrating AI into P&C India insurance domain operations to drive measurable business outcomes • Lead delivery for the assigned portfolio, ensuring operational, financial, business and transformation goals are consistently met • Build a high-performance, inclusive, and AI and digitally fluent team • Champion operating model simplification, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable governance • Represent operations in executive forums with crisp business health, risk, investment, and AI/transformation narratives • Shape differentiated Insurance capabilities, including domain-specific AI solutions and proprietary delivery frameworks
• Own AI-enabled transformation within P&C Insurance Domain Operations India: • Embed automation and analytics into core workflows, while liaising across operations, digital, data and client ecoystems to align AI in Ops initiatives with enterprise priorities • Establish KPIs and structured outcome-based models to drive clear ROI and adoption • Lead workforce reskilling, change management and stakeholder buy-in for AI-augmented roles
• Lead end-to-end delivery across the allocated portfolio, ensuring SLA adherence, quality, risk governance, and client confidence • Contribute to domain operations strategy (Insurance – Property & Casualties), execution, P&L performance, and margin expansion • Partner with IMUs and client CXOs to convert delivery excellence into growth, expansion, advocacy, and long-term strategic partnerships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred • Proven record of embedding AI/automation into operational workflows • Professional certifications in Property & Casualty Insurance, Operations Excellence, Program Management, Analytics, or Financial Management (e.g., CPCU, AINS, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CFA, FRM) will be an advantage • Potential next moves include broader SGU or Industry & Market Unit leadership
