We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead high-performing backend engineering teams focused on building scalable SaaS and platform capabilities using Java, Microservices, AWS, and Node.js technologies. Good to Have Experience in OTT, Media Streaming, AdTech, Payments, or Subscription platforms. Exposure to high-scale consumer applications serving global audiences. Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or ELK. Experience with React or frontend ecosystems is an added advantage. Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD, code reviews, observability, security, and performance optimization. Drive modernization initiatives from monolithic systems to event-driven microservices architectures. Foster a strong engineering culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support hiring, team scaling, career development, and performance management. Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for high traffic and low latency environments.
