About this role
The role will focus on managing and developing DAZN’s presence across social media and other off-platform channels. The main goal is to build and engage a sports fan community, amplify DAZN’s content portfolio and brand awareness, and contribute to measurable business outcomes, including D2C registrations, paid subscriptions and monetisable reach. This role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal. Please note, our Talent Acquisition team and some Hiring teams are based in the UK so parts of the recruitment process will be in English. Please also upload your resume in English, thanks! Building and growing DAZN’s off-platform fan community through high-performing always-on and near-live content. Planning and publishing platform-native content on a daily and weekly basis, with real-time coverage during key sporting events. Driving engagement, traffic to DAZN platforms and top-of-funnel conversion. Taking direct ownership of social KPIs, including followers, engagement, reach, impressions, views, listeners, conversion, campaign delivery and reporting. Supporting wider business goals such as brand awareness, content consumption and Ad Sales performance through social inventory. Delivering sustained community growth, improved content performance, stronger lead-to-subscription conversion and clear value for partners and advertisers. Owning the off-platform strategy, editorial priorities, publishing cadence, community governance, social activations, content creators and influencers, and creative direction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content, Product and Ad Sales, both locally and at HQ. Producing structured post-campaign reports and regular monthly, quarterly, annual and end-of-season performance reviews. Translating performance data and insights into clear actions, optimisations and strategic recommendations. Working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support near-live coverage and real-time community management around DAZN’s sports calendar.
