The Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality, diverse shortlists at pace. Managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of business functions Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent through multiple channels Conducting competency-based interviews and screening calls Advising stakeholders on market insights, salary benchmarking and hiring best practices Ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout Supporting diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices Maintaining accurate reporting and ATS data integrity
