Working on our train traveling thru the Alaskan wilderness, and assisting the line cooks is truly a remarkable summer job. Between meal services or during downtimes enjoy the amazing scenery on our open-air platforms between the rail cars! Our dishwashers play an integral role in helping out all teammates on the train and ensuring the guests on board have a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Perform a variety of cleaning, storage, and kitchen tasks. Routinely washes and stores all items related to cooking and serving our guests on board the train. Clean and sanitize the kitchen area and all service ware. Assist with food preparation and presentation. Responsible for moving product between rail car kitchens as needed. Maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen and dish area throughout the entire shift by following company and state sanitation guidelines.
