How our rail cars are stocked plays a huge part in the overall guest experience and success of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper stocking of all items placed onto our domed rail cars. Performs a variety of entry-level cleaning tasks. Routinely, checks and records inventory restocks supplies, and cleans facilities and equipment. Monitor all inventory and proper rotation of products. Stock ice in all train freezers. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Routinely fill out logs and forms for time and temperature checks of food items, coolers, freezers, and sanitation buckets. Proper disposal of all trash and recyclables. Destock train cars, proper rotation of products, and detailed documentation. Follows all end of night procedures including nightly cleaning and organizing checklists, proper storage of product and checkouts with supervisor or management.
