Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? As a Conference & Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional events across Bath Spa University. From graduations, conferences, seminars to summer schools, you’ll help bring a wide range of events to life. With a flair for hospitality and a commitment to outstanding customer service, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.(This is a part-time, o.5 role) You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, converting enquiries into bookings and ensuring every detail is perfectly planned and executed. From coordinating venues, catering, and accommodation to managing casual staff and liaising with internal departments, you’ll oversee events from start to finish. You’ll also support marketing efforts, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, all while keeping the customer experience front and centre.
