Foothill Regional Medical Center is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care to our patients during the day shift. Assesses and documents patient conditions, recognizes changes, reviews test results, and communicates critical findings to guide the plan of care. Responds to emergencies (RRT, Code Blue/White), advocates for patients, and makes appropriate referrals to address clinical, social, or safety concerns. Collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team, delegates care appropriately, provides leadership, and educates patients and families on treatment and discharge plans. Delivers compassionate, evidence-based care while ensuring compliance with nursing standards, infection control, HIPAA, pain management, and cultural sensitivity.
