廠務 《工作內容》 1.接受培訓計畫，學習廠務相關職能（如排產、品質、生產支援） 2. 負責製造生產、銷售、物料庫儲等廠務之統籌。 3. 管控廠內之生產排程、交期及產量。 4. 負責產線作業之規劃與管理，以提升產能降低成本。 5. 確實執行生產目標，並達成各項生產指標。 6. 負責所管轄人員的工作監督與績效考核。 7. 負責廠務管理（如：設備保養與管理、廠區規劃與管理）。 《工作時間》08:00-17:00 《職務需求》需會電腦、細心、耐心
