Salary: £75,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements: 10+ years in IT program/project management, including at least 5+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (CE, F&O, or Business Central)Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent Dynamics 365 programs in a client-facing, consulting or system integrator environmentStrong understanding of the Dynamics 365 implementation lifecycle, including requirements, design, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT, cutover, and hyper careDemonstrated experience managing senior client stakeholders through to program closure and sign-offSolid grounding in program governance frameworks, RAID management, and delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalentCommercial acumen, including budget ownership, forecasting, and margin managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skillsBased in the UK and willing to travel to client sites across the UK and IrelandMicrosoft certifications such as MB-700 Dynamics 365: Solution Architect or PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect are desirablePMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification is desirableExperience in a Microsoft Partner or System Integrator environment is desirableExposure to Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI alongside core Dynamics modules is desirableExperience across multiple industry verticals, such as manufacturing, public sector, financial services, and retail, is desirable Responsibilities: Lead and govern the full portfolio of Dynamics 365 projects across the UK and Ireland regionDrive program-level delivery across multiple concurrent Dynamics 365 engagementsAct as the primary point of escalation and trust between the delivery organisation and client stakeholdersManage senior client stakeholders through to program closure and sign-offOversee governance, risk management, commercial performance, and stakeholder leadership across the program portfolio Technologies: ArchitectPower BIOffice 365 More:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 background to lead our portfolio of Dynamics projects across the UK and Ireland. This is a senior client-facing role where we rely on deep functional and technical Dynamics expertise alongside mature program management capability. The successful candidate will help us drive delivery, strengthen governance, and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across multiple concurrent engagements.
