Salary: £59,000 - 60,700 per year
Requirements: Solid experience in IT Service Transition, not just BAU IT Service Management or IT Project Delivery.Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practice, with ITIL certification.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience managing complex transitions across multiple teams.PRINCE2, Agile, or experience within a large or regulated organisation. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end service transition activities across multiple enterprise-level projects.Assess service readiness and manage service acceptance.Chair go-live readiness meetings and coordinate successful handovers.Work closely with Project Managers, Service Owners, and operational teams.Identify and manage transition risks, issues, and dependencies.Drive continuous improvement across service transition processes. We are seeking an experienced Service Transition Lead to join our enterprise-level team on a 24-month fixed-term contract in a hybrid Manchester role, with a minimum of two days in our office. You will play a key role in ensuring new and changed IT services are successfully transitioned into live operation, working across a varied portfolio of projects and partnering with delivery teams, Service Owners, and stakeholders.
