Requirements: Experience in deskside support or a similar customer-facing IT support roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systemsExperience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, and related applicationsExperience building and supporting IT hardwareNetworking skillsExcellent communication and customer service skills at all levelsFull rights to work in the UK Responsibilities: Receive, manage, and respond to incidents and service requests escalated from remote IT teams, including Service Desk, Desktop Support, Infrastructure, and Network teamsSupport Service Desk tickets where possibleProvide expert support for Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Microsoft applicationsSupport Apple devices, including MacBooks and iPads, and assist with configurations and software installationsTroubleshoot and resolve software and application issues, including installations, updates, and configuration changesSupport and maintain meeting room technology, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing equipment, projectors, displays, and audio systemsCollaborate with Infrastructure and Network teams on hardware installations, upgrades, maintenance activities, and infrastructure-related issuesMaintain accurate inventory of IT assets, including allocation, audits, and configuration recordsProvide IT support for conferences and events, including setup, configuration, and technical assistance during eventsAct as an escalation point for complex issues that cannot be resolved remotelySupport the onboarding of new employees with IT equipment, system access, guidance, and trainingProvide VIP support to senior members of the organisation Technologies: AIHardwareSupportMicrosoft 365NetworkSharePointWindowsOffice 365MobileSecurity More:
