Salary: £90,000 - 95,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an exceptional Senior Business Analyst with extensive business analysis and business partnering experience.We need proven experience working with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing.We require strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and requirements gathering skills.You should have experience leading business analysis from discovery and blueprinting through to implementation.We need experience in complex enterprise environments and end-to-end supply chain lifecycle processes.You should have experience with Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality Management business processes.We require experience working within SAP ECC6, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP-enabled enterprise environments.Experience with SAP IBP, S&OP, or comparable planning and supply chain solutions is required.Experience supporting SAP Production Planning, Quality Management, Manufacturing Execution Systems, or Product Lifecycle Management would be highly advantageous.You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.We need the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively in forward-thinking teams.Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, or other complex manufacturing environments is desirable.You must be eligible to work in the UK. Responsibilities: We lead business analysis activities across large-scale Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing transformation programmes.We play a key role across strategic transformation programmes, including IBP, MES, and PLM initiatives.We drive continuous improvement across Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality Management capabilities.We facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and define future-state business processes.We help shape solution design alongside senior business stakeholders and Solution Architects.We build strong business partnerships with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, and IT.We translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.We challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.We work closely with Solution Architects and Technology teams throughout the solution lifecycle.We support multiple strategic transformation programmes across Europe.We drive the development of business cases and ensure delivery of measurable business value.We lead system implementation activities, including testing, user acceptance, and business readiness.We collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party partners to deliver high-quality solutions.We manage and prioritise business change through governance forums.We provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Business Analysts through direct line management or matrix leadership. We are hiring a permanent Senior Business Analyst for our Planning and Manufacturing function, based in Weybridge, Surrey with a hybrid working model of three days per week onsite. This role offers a competitive salary of around £90k to £95k, plus a £7.2k car allowance, up to a 25% bonus, and a benefits package.
