Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements
- Strong functional experience supporting and configuring JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2, particularly Sales & Distribution modules; ideally three years experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting sales order processing, order management workflows, and related Order-to-Cash processes.
- Strong knowledge of JDE Pricing, Sales Order Management, and Address Book functionality.
- Experience configuring and maintaining JDE application processing options, batch processes, and UBE jobs.
- Experience supporting EDI transactions, sales order integrations, and customer or supplier interfaces; ideally one years experience.
- Business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications, and translating business needs into system solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting JDE application issues, conducting root-cause analysis, resolving incidents, and providing ongoing functional support.
- Experience supporting system improvements, upgrades, patches, and unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Ability to work with Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT stakeholders to improve business processes and system performance.
- Experience maintaining functional specifications, business process documentation, system configurations, and support procedures.
- Desirable: SQL experience for data analysis, investigation, and troubleshooting.
- Desirable: Knowledge of JDE integration technologies, including Z-files, staging tables, and Business Services (BSSV).
- Desirable: Exposure to JDE Orchestrator and BI Publisher.
- Desirable: Experience supporting JDE EnterpriseOne in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
- Desirable: Experience working across geographically dispersed or international operations.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- We rely on this role to support and optimise core Sales, Distribution, and Order-to-Cash business processes.
- We will look to you to provide functional support, business analysis, system configuration, and continuous improvement across JDE EnterpriseOne Sales and Distribution modules.
- We expect this role to work closely with our Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
- We will rely on you to translate business requirements into effective JDE solutions.
- We expect you to troubleshoot production issues, support system enhancements, and improve business processes across our organisation.

This is a permanent JDE Business Analyst role with an international manufacturing organisation. We offer a salary of £55,000–£60,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
