Salary: £52,000 - 62,500 per year
Requirements: We are looking for someone with strong commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building skills.We need experience managing outsourced IT services or managed service providers.We need a good understanding of Microsoft 365, IT service management, cybersecurity, and IT governance.Previous leadership or people management experience is essential.We are looking for someone who is comfortable mentoring and supporting others to succeed.Experience in education, healthcare, charities, housing, or another regulated environment would be advantageous.Knowledge of Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, or project management methodologies would be advantageous.An enhanced DBS check is required for this position. Responsibilities: We act as the bridge between the organisation and our managed service providers.We own our relationships with managed service providers and technology suppliers, ensuring service levels, projects, and support meet expectations.We work with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency and support future growth.We oversee IT governance, budgeting, cybersecurity, compliance, and business continuity.We provide leadership and mentoring to our internal IT support colleague.We focus on ensuring the right technology, people, and partners are in place to keep the organisation moving forward.We help shape IT strategy and improve processes.We support colleagues by understanding their challenges and helping technology deliver real value to the business.
