Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: At least two years experience supporting SAP Business One or a similar ERP system in a Windows environment.Experience providing end-user IT support.Experience writing and supporting Microsoft SQL.Experience supporting SAP Business One or another ERP platform.Organised and analytical, with the ability to manage our own workload while collaborating effectively with others.Experience of SAP Business One, manufacturing environments, and ERP modules or add-ons would be an advantage, but is not essential. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support to users as the ERP specialist within our IT team.Work alongside our external SAP partner to resolve technical issues.Help develop new features and improvements within SAP B1.Contribute to the wider IT function to keep our systems reliable, secure, and effective.Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand problems and deliver practical solutions.Support ongoing system improvements as our use of SAP B1 continues to expand.
