Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in a QA or software testing environmentStrong analytical and interpersonal communication skillsA solid foundation in software testing and an understanding of quality standardsMethodical approach and commitment to delivering an excellent end-user experienceFamiliarity with JIRA or similar issue tracking systemsExperience with automated testing frameworksIdeally hold International Software Testing Qualifications Board certificationStrong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience in the NHS or healthcare sector is advantageousA university degree in Computer Science, or proven industry experience in a comparable role Responsibilities: Work alongside our Development and Support Teams to help guarantee the quality of our SaaS and PC applicationsUnderstand requirements, break down features, and support an excellent user experience through close collaboration with developers and product managersCreate and execute functional tests, customer scenario tests, stress tests, performance tests, and scalability testsIdentify issues to improve the quality of the finished product prior to releaseDocument testing failures thoroughly using tracking systems and assist with the investigation of user-reported issuesPerform thorough regression testing when issues are resolved and liaise with the Development Team to ensure swift resolutionAssist business users and stakeholders during User Acceptance Test phases to ensure the software aligns with business goals Technologies: SupportJIRASwift More:
