Salary: £45,000 - 52,000 per year
Requirements: Proven track record applying the full business analysis skillset, including workshop facilitation, stakeholder assessment, benefits definition and measurement, business options, and business use scenarios, to resolve business problems and clarify requirements in a multi-stakeholder environment.Excellent skills in managing stakeholder expectations effectively.Previous experience delivering IT projects as a Business Analyst. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for IT and other business departments, eliciting requirements to improve IT processes and systems.Evaluate information gathered from relevant departments, reconcile conflicts, break high-level information into relevant detail, communicate detailed information clearly, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to support effective delivery of business change and improvements.Work closely with business users to understand their business needs and goals.Make timely, effective independent decisions, including on current and future business processes and requirements, while considering their impact on a wide range of stakeholders.
