Salary: £85,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements: We need an experienced Solution Architect or Domain Architect.We need strong ERP experience, ideally with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SuccessFactors.We need experience across Finance systems, HR systems, or wider ERP environments.We need the ability to understand business processes and integration beyond SAP.We need experience managing or challenging third-party system integrators.We need strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.We need comfort operating at a senior level with business leaders.We need the ability to commute to Leeds 1-2 days per week. Responsibilities: We will have you provide architecture leadership across SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.We will have you govern and challenge the System Integrators designs and delivery approach.We will have you coordinate integration, reporting, identity, and data workstreams.We will have you influence stakeholders across Finance, HR, and technology teams.We will have you ensure architectural standards and design principles are maintained.We will have you support the transition from programme delivery into BAU operations.We will have you collaborate with architects and programme teams across multiple countries.We will have you act as the architectural authority across Finance and HR domains.We will have you drive alignment across multiple workstreams and geographies.
