Salary: £110,000 - 135,000 per year

We are hiring a senior leadership role that owns end-to-end engineering delivery and commercial outcomes for a UK and global healthcare software portfolio. Our products are well established and market leading, and we are at an exciting point where customer-led requirements will shape future development. This remote-based role offers the opportunity to drive product growth, lead global platform convergence, and embed AI as a core productivity and differentiation capability across our software engineering organisation. We are seeking someone who can make strategic decisions and lead a team of around 65 people.
