Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience delivering enterprise healthcare or clinical software into the NHS from a software vendor or implementation partnerExperience managing large, complex programmes with significant budgets, multiple workstreams and numerous stakeholder groupsAt least one full lifecycle project lasting 2-3 years with £1M+ valueStrong commercial awareness including change control, milestone management and project financialsExceptional stakeholder management skills, from operational teams through to board-level executivesPrince2 Practitioner certificationStrong leadership capability within matrix-managed environmentsAn organised, calm and structured approach to project delivery Responsibilities: Lead multiple enterprise healthcare software implementations within NHS environmentsManage full project lifecycles from planning through to deployment and contractual acceptanceBuild strong relationships with senior NHS stakeholders and executive sponsorsManage project budgets, forecasts, billing milestones and commercial performanceIdentify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependenciesCoordinate resources across delivery, development, technical and third-party supplier teamsDrive continuous improvement across project methodologies, tools and delivery processesProduce executive-level reporting and present programme status to senior stakeholdersLead, mentor and motivate project teams to achieve exceptional customer outcomes Technologies: SupportMatrixProject Manager More:
