About the Role:
The Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality onboarding and training to new and existing live casino dealers and shufflers. This role ensures all dealers are well-prepared to perform in a professional, customer-focused environment, fully aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements. The trainer will deliver both theoretical and practical instruction on casino games, customer interaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsabilities:
• Collaborates with the Shift Manager on duty in order to resolve immediate staff difficulties.
• Collaborates with other departments for a smooth operation.
• Conduct onboarding training for new dealers and shufflers, covering game rules and technical abilities, as per company's requirements, presentation skills, and customer interaction techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate trainee performance during and after training sessions.
Other Responsabilities:
• Develop and update training materials such as manuals, videos, presentations, and assessments.
• Organize practice sessions and skill enhancement programs for existing staff.
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with responsible gaming guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support employee development.
• Foster a professional, engaging, and team-oriented training environment.
• In charge of presenting the shift's attendance to the Shift Manager on duty.
• Performs as a dealer/shuffler in case of emergency or need.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an online casino Trainer
• Strong knowledge of casino games and procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Passion for teaching and coaching with a positive, supportive attitude.
• Previous experience in a training or mentoring role is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain training standards.
