About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation that aligns with company policies and values.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up to date employee information in HR systems, personnel files, and internal trackers.
• Process employee data changes, including new hires, terminations, salary updates, role changes, reporting lines, bonuses, and other employment related updates.
• Manage pre onboarding activities, including review of required documents, medical checks, and other mandatory steps.
• Prepare employment agreements, addendums, termination documents, employment certificates, and other HR related documentation.
• Ensure employment documentation is completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
• Coordinate the administrative onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Organize mandatory Health and Safety onboarding sessions and monitor completion of required training and documentation
• Monitor probation periods and ensure probation decisions and related documentation are completed on time.
• Respond to employee queries related to HR administration, employment documents, benefits, leave, internal procedures, and HR systems.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant electronic and physical employee files.
• Monitor missing, incomplete, or expired documentation and follow up with employees and internal stakeholders.
• Support the monthly payroll preparation process by ensuring all relevant employee changes are correctly recorded and communicated.
• Collaborate with Payroll and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely HR data is registered.
• Ensure HR administration activities comply with labor legislation, data protection requirements, and internal procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in an HR role in a similar position
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in a fast-paced or international work environment
• High-level English communication skills
