Your responsibilities Product demonstrations (at customer site or via remote access tools) and product installations including operator training (at customer site) Support of customers (operators and distribution partners) on-site and in-house Troubleshooting for customer- and application-related issues and creation of problem-solving strategies Contribution to the operation of the global support data base (GCD) to answer support requests directly on-line Creation of application-related training contents and realization of training courses for operators and distribution partners Participation at conferences and exhibitions to present the Sysmex Partec solutions Participation in development activities for creation of new applications for customer-specific solutions Your Profile Completed studies in natural science (or equivalent education) Sound understanding of one or more of the following application fields and technologies: cellular analytics, microbiology, genomic technologies, fluorescent-based methods Experience in field operations / activities at customer sites Basic technical understanding of flow cytometry as well as experience in microbiological QC methods beneficial German and English language is a must Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Capability to adhere to time-lines and quality targets Willingness and motivation to be regularly trained on product innovations, new products and new applications Willingness to travel globally (app. 30% of working time) Strong service and consulting orientation Very good presentation and communication skills Class B driving license
